First, you should be posting free classified "Line" ads at this site.

The above is a free site and gets a lot of traffic. It's growing all the time.
Single line ads are free to post. Use this method in posting: State/City/Category. Example: MN/Duluth/For Sale. Your (up to) 50-word line ad starts from that point. You may post up to 5 pics per ad and can post up to 5 separate ads per day. Would you like to post “Display” and “Business Ads”? To do so you’ll need to become a member of our Closed Private Facebook group which offers free display ads here and a lot more.

To be able to post "Display" type ads at that site (not just up to 50 words and a few pics) you'll need to be a member of our private group. In the private group, you'll not only be able to post display ads on both pages but you'll get the added support from each of the other members, ask questions and get tips.

You can reside outside the USA but you must do 3 things to remain a "Member in good standing":
1. Like and comment on one ad other than yours one time a week.
2. Visit an advertiser's site other than your own; you don't have to "join" or make a purchase, but visit their site, and
3. Post an inspirational quote, pic, or helpful business tip.
Feel free to do these three things more than one time weekly but it is the minimum.
You can post up to one new ad per day but you’ll need to follow each ad with doing all 3 steps.
You must also have been a member on Facebook for at least one year,
You must also have a profile picture that is your face or the “face” of your business and
You must also intend no harm to members or others with your product or service.
